Nope, I think muscle milk tastes delicious and Isopure seems like it had pretty good ingredients. I drink muscle milk with milk in the morning and before bed. I drink Isopure through the day with water.
Please also note that I never, EVER went from zero shakes to 8 shakes per day... I gradually increased my intake and my body can handle pretty much any amount of whey that I throw at it. This applies to oats as well... increase gradually or results could be... messy

At least 3 solid food meals as well... but (for example) I'm down to 4-6 shakes per day right now. When I get amazing deals on whey protein (closeouts etc...) I will typically increase the number of shakes.
