I try to do 4 but alot of times end up with 3
1 morning - 2 Scoops ON 100%
1 early afternoon - Chocolate RTD Musclemilk
1 afternoon - 2 Scoops ON 100%

Please also note that I never, EVER went from zero shakes to 8 shakes per day... I gradually increased my intake and my body can handle pretty much any amount of whey that I throw at it. This applies to oats as well... increase gradually or results could be... messy
