thanks ... was worried about the GG and the ALRI stuff but found out that WTF is a GMS product and there should be no problem with it

should make for a good log, IMO .... probably starting later this week after my last 2 servings of WF are used up

Yea I would decrease the GG dosage if full body soreness becomes a problem.
