      mmmmMmmm.. broccoli! Does the body good! Add in a couple years of aging and we might have a flawless testosterome booster here. :P

        Broccoli, colliflower and cabbage have a component called indole-3-carbinol which acts as an anti-estrogen. Usually it is associated with fighting breast cancer, tumors, etc. In animal studies it has shown *a lot* of promise, but outside of the popular thinking "eating vegetables is good for you" there isn't alot of backing when it comes to cancer fighting.

        But when indole-3-carbinol reacts with stomach acids it is said to have anti-estrogenic properties. So eat your greens boys!
