I'm as excited about dietary supplements as the next person... especially when a supplement provides a real advantage vs. keeping it simple with foods (Eat Big, Lift Big, Get Big... yea right if it was that simple there would be alot more monsters walking among us)...
....but why not just keep it simple and cheap with a whey isolate + milk since it's cheap and readily available ?

But if Im not dieting just grab 4cups of milk and Im good also

approx per 250ml - 10grams protein / 15 grams carb
and milk has a pretty descent insulin effect - which is not always optimal.
