new diet look like a bad idea?

    Those are all viable options to add in, Noxidant you can actually pick up for around $7 a bottle right now so it is a good option. I personally feel that anti-oxidants are never a bad idea, Sesamin and Fish oils are more vital during cutting/recomps.

    Also remember that Sesamin's benefit is mainly with higher fat meals (10+ grams) so if you have a lower fat intake you can spread out the doses and make the most of it.

    In review, my post provided no real help, haha.

    Get the SesaGLOW, then Noxidant, then fish oils.. that'd be how I'd do it.
