I did the whole stack: Elmers, glue stick, and paste!
Damn you must have seen some impressive gains from that stack did you have a log of it?
i always wanted to try the glue stick. i might try to work those into my stack.
im thinking
60min before workout GB,Paste
30min before workout GG,Glue stick,PW
durring workout GG,PW,Paste(this might actually improve the taste of PW)
after workout GG,Paste
then at night before bed WB,Glue stick.
i might be over doing it with the glue stick with WB before bed. Anyone think this is a bad idea?
