  • I just ate a late wheat pb sandwich, and 3 egg whites... I almost threw up after the second and was gonna stop there but I had a late start so I need all the food I can get in... ICK. I hate eggs!!!

    Oh and now taking a fish oil and vitamin.

              Each had 3 large eggs with a slice of mozarella, 1 can of spicy thai tuna, crushed bbq porkrinds and dried seaweed. Then bufflo wing hot sauce poured over.
