Everyone keeps mentioning the same things, it sounds so boring!
Don't forget to mix it up with some:
Crab meat - essentially the same nutritional info as tuna. (60 cal per serving, 0 carbs, 13g protein, 1g fat)
or...salmon, shrimp, any type of seafood is really good. (It can be more expensive depending on what you're getting...obviously eating lobster 4x a day is out of the question but something that isn't tuna/chicken is solid for a change of pace)
Artichokes are delicious, as is spinach and eggplant. Asparagus.
Beans can be great sources of protein and fiber.
Also keep in mind that berries are good anti-oxidants, and strawberries will be in season here really soon. I don't think anything beats out fresh strawberries as far as tasting delicious goes.
