THis is the second time it has happened to me, and I have gone through about 2.5 bottles. Anybody know why it's caused? I take BG when i first wake up on an empty stomach...about 15-20 min in my face/arms start tingling and feeling like they are on fire, the skin itself turns a rashy red color, kind of splotchy, no bumps just red. The last time it happened I didn't really associate it with BG b/c i was going mountain biking, was in the mountains, had a bug bite on me and everyone else kind of associated it with the bug bite, took some benadryl went away almost instantly. today i have only taken BG and it happened again.

hey, on off days should I take all 5 pills at once or can i take them evenly throughout? I do not care taking down 5 pills, i was just wondering if even dosing will be more beneficial. BLUE GENE is AWESOME btw

Try both ways on off days, let me know if you notice a difference.

If you are enjoying the libido boost from it, you may want to take 5 pills first thing in the AM, or 5 at once about 1 hour pre-activity.

5 pills at once is no prob for me, but then again...im a popper :P

On off days i like to take them first thing in the morning with breakfast and with 2 OT and OM Greens! Get a good boost for the rest of the day

I took BG for a week and loved it! Now i must stop because of an injury. I did not listen to my body while lifting and pulled something in my back. 1-2 weeks out. Will jump back on ASAP.

I picked this up during the wc sale and tried a couple (only 2 pills) preworkout for kicks.

Maybe it was a fluke, but I'm massively impressed by it's effects. I had sharper focus, better mood, more and energy + endurance. What I least expected was my allergies and asthmatic symptoms to be severely curbed. If this continues, I'll be using this supp for a while. (Not sure if the new formula has the same effects for me, though).
