I usually take OT split up 6 x throughout the day...

lately, ive been thinking i should take them all earlier -- so that my final 6th serving isnt with my prebed shake.. i know metabolism slows down a ton during sleep, so im thinking possibly the OT serving right before bed isnt utilized as much as the others?!

what do you all think.. ?

I must say after a week of taking orange triad my fore arms have stopped hurting and little niggling things in my shoulders have seemed to disappear which only tend to come up after over training!
It's been happening for nearly up to a year and I usually take a week off to cure it but looks like ill be able to keep pushing through if good results continue!

Excellent! Its strange no one here in Aust has heard of Controlled labs(or very few places even stock it), but i've been giving out some free samples of WF and INtrain to my mates i go to the gym with haha needless to say they were on bb.com ordering the next day! Keep up the good work

I disagree with their prices though, PW for $139.95!!!!
Other retailers online do it for $90.

they arent cheap, but they have a lot of overhead including shipping from the US and the customs charges, not to mention employees/rent etc
