Why is it suggested that OT is taken POST workout? I find that awkward since most multis ar siggested to be taken with breakfast.

I always liked to take my first serving with breakfast (my preworkout meal) and my second serving with my post workout meal (4-6 hours after my first serving).

its suggested with meals, but if taken right before a workout a multi can make you nauseated
