Can I take my OT with my post workout shake (2-3 scoop muscle milk, 12-18 carbs)? Or do I need to take it with something with more carbs, like Oats or Toast?

Postworkout sounds perfect for ONE of the daily doses (remember it's twice daily).. experiment and see if you notice any difference with the timing (not for the joint specific effects though).

In the Faqs it sais to take them morning/postworkout. I usually take my multi with my breakfast (which is also my pre workout meal), would that be just of effective as taking it postworkout? or does it not really matter?

Or is that why you sent me a bottle, so I can find out and tell everyone else?

How many servings per day ?

6 total tabs per day:

3 with morning / post-workout meal
3 with afternoon / evening / post-workout meal

Personally, I swallow tabs/pills and don't taste them.. I don't see any reason a company would flavor a product that isn't drunk/eaten.

somewhere i read someone post something about making it orange flavored...

and yes i could of been high.. but that doesn't make me stupid. i think whoever posted about flavoring it orange deleted their thread maybes? or i hallucinated for a minute that day..

They arent really flavored...but the bottle kind of smells like orange sherbert or something.
