Anything in WF that would negatively impact XF? (I would have put AA but I cant spell it and AA looks like Amino Acid )

Depends on many variables... but the combo is fine as long as you increase dosage gradually, and stay hydrated.
Hey PT. I had this question also. I am ok with taking GG and WF together pre-workout, but am wondering if I should adjust my GG dosage down. I am currently doing this: 30 min. pre - 3 scoops GG chased down with 1 scoop GM. 15 min. pre - 2 scoops PW, 2 scoops WF which I sip on and usually finish 30 min. or so into my workout. Then I drink lots of plain water...Do you recommend any adjustments here? Thanks!

It's fine as long as you stay hydrated (some don't = cramps etc..)
