Hey all, I have a general question.
Should I be taking supps? The reason I ask is because I'm almost 22. I do think OT and Oximega are important for anyone and I do take those, but I'm talking about the other ones. I've taken GM, WF, PW, Blue up gene and growth (with protein supps added), but I feel like the blue ones haven't really done anything for me. I do do a tough training regimen, 4 weeks of ~10 hours training (lifting, plyo, cardio circuits) a week with 1-2 week recovery, which is why I got supps in the first place, because even though I'm young, I figured supps would give me that extra push to get through the workouts. I'm curious about your thoughts.
