we use USPS air letter post for overseas shipments. takes like 6 business days but then customs can take 1-30 days extra

go with what is comfrotable for you.. its a gradual learning experience.. your muscles need to aquire memory of handling increased weight consistently to grow thus allowing you to maximize your potential lifting load.
