Well GB can get into Australia without a doubt, so are u saying customs would stop it or is it that the shipping company you use are unreliable when sending to Australia.

so PW is the same kind of product as Xtend? which is better?

PW is an EAA supplement with BCAAS in it, Xtend is streight BCAA with Citrulline Malate in it. I am currently using both together in a stack pre, during and xtend post workout.

I haven't & don't plan on pouring them out & counting them, but there is not much powder loose. I mean there's some, but not enough to worry about. I'd say definitely less than 5, from just the visible amount of powder.

Just got mine here at work. Ordered them Monday. Got my shirt, too. The bottles look pretty good, I'd say the estimate of around 5 broken caps is pretty close for both of them.
