  • Supps for Cardio

    MY Supplement list:
    1. Green Mag
    2. White Flood

    I searched the forum and found some helpful information, but not exactly what I needed. Out of the supps listed above, which ones could/should I take on non-training cardio days?? I read some people have used WF pre-cardio. I'm thinking I may try that. I just got a tub of the new WF, so I was thinking I could finish using my older tub up on cardio days. Would taking my daily serving of GM pre-cardio be helpful too?

    I was thinking of something like this: Wake up, pop a Reduction, drop some WF/GM, take a mixed bottle of PW to sip on the way and drink while doing the actual cardio. What about the Blue Gene? Or do this sound like an overkill? Any thoughts and suggestions are always appreciated.

    I wouldn't take Purple Wraath that close to AM Reduction. wait 4-5 hours to take Purple Wraath, White Flood not sure about though. In the morning or Pre cardio take you're AM REDuction and take a half scoop of GreenMAG. GreenMAG helps with increasing stamina.

      other way around, its am reduction and white flood not to use within 4-5 hours of one another as they both contain stims

        Duh!! I knew that. I must of had a brain fart while typing that out last night. Thanks. So it would be Reduction AM, 1/2 or 1 scoop Greenmag, and some PW. I guess Blue Gene, I can always take later in the day. Thanks.

            If I am doing cardio on non weight training days? Would it be of any benefit to take Blue Gene an hour before cardio? I know on the label it says take 5 anytime on non lifting days. Thanks.

              I love white flood!!

                If you are going to do cardio on a non-weights day, I would take it pre-cardio
