MY Supplement list:
I searched the forum and found some helpful information, but not exactly what I needed. Out of the supps listed above, which ones could/should I take on non-training cardio days?? I read some people have used WF pre-cardio. I'm thinking I may try that. I just got a tub of the new WF, so I was thinking I could finish using my older tub up on cardio days. Would taking my daily serving of GM pre-cardio be helpful too?
I was thinking of something like this: Wake up, pop a Reduction, drop some WF/GM, take a mixed bottle of PW to sip on the way and drink while doing the actual cardio. What about the Blue Gene? Or do this sound like an overkill? Any thoughts and suggestions are always appreciated.
