I just purchased a stack of green magnitude, white blood, and purple wrath from bodybuilding.com and was wondering on whether or not to take purple wrath during my workout. Is this the way it should be used or are there better ways to use this supplement( time wise)? Thanks, gminaglia.

3 capsules before your workout works just fine.

Taking it before bed is an option if you are taking WF preworkout

one or the other, unless you have a very large budget, then you COULD take 2 servings per day. the before bed time was more so for off days
