Right on. Wraath is very important on a cut in my opinion. The added BCAAs help prevent muscle breakdown when you are calorically deficient. Since you are taking in less calories on the cut, you are also getting less Amino Acids.
Wraath is a good way to keep endurance up and preserve your lean muscle mass.
Also makes one hell of a good supplement for sports
