My first order of purple wraath was just delivered. I can't wait to try it out!
I just have a question regarding the intial serving.
On the box, it says to test your tolerence for the inital serving by combining 1/2 scoop of purple wraath with 4oz of water.
Then the regular serving instructions say to take 1-2 scoops with 20-40oz of water.
I have two questions. Note: I plan to use purple wraath intra workout only:
1) For the inital serving, is that all of the purple wraath I should have that day? So if I am going to work out tomorrow, and it's my first time using purple wraath, should I just have 1/2 scoop with 4oz water?
2) Why do they make you take 1/2 scoop with only 4oz of water for the initial serving compared to a regular serving in which you take at least 20oz of water with 1 scoop. It doesn't make sense why they would ask us to take such a concentrated serving on the first day? Is this how everyone started taking this supplement?
