            My tub shipped out today. CAN'T WAIT! *Bart Scott voice

            I've never taken InTrain and while I have seen other folks' recommendations as to how to dose wraath and intrain, I don't remember and I didn't save any of the threads where I read them.

            Purple Wraath is the first CL supplement I tried and have remained loyal to it since. I currently take two scoops of wraath during my workout.

            I understand many take a scoop of each (wraath and Intrain/psyko) for their intra needs.

            Are there other times that anybody downs a scoop of wraath? Say, between meals?

              I like to put two scoops of wraath in a one gallon jug and drink it throughout the day. This definitely helped during the last few weeks of training prior to an event (marathons and bike rides), or after an especially heavy lifting day.

                  Currently I do 1 scoop PW pre with my GreenMAG, then I take 2 scoops PsyKO for intra. I also take PW on non workout days between meals, and during my soccer games.

                    Thanks for the suggestions. I just got my tub of psyko a few days ago and was able to complete a moderately intense cardio session after hitting chest and arms with noticeably less fatigue as recently as Friday. so, i agree with how great the recovery is.

                    i've decided to run with two scoops PsyKO for my intra needs and now that I'm switching to Green Bulge (i've taken Green Mag for quite awhile), I'll take white flood and wraath pre-workout.

                    good stuff.

                          I'm looking forward to it. I ordered it along with an extra tub of PsyKO from Nutraplanet as they have it for a pretty awesome price. Timing's perfect as I'm down to my last few scoops of Green Mag. (Stuff lasted a very long time...close to 4 months, i believe!)

                          So far, I've completed three workouts with PsyKO and it's the TRUTH.

                          I've hit PRs with a few lifts already...

                          105 lb. flat dumbbell presses for 6 reps
                          90 lb. dumbbell rows for 12 reps
                          225 lb. front squats for 8 reps

                          recovery between sets have noticeably improved and again, endurance to push through moderately intense cardio sessions post-workout with more energy.
