Takeoff of the standard whey protein icecream recipe using Green Mag. Makes a pretty nice off-day sorbet
Ingredients:
1 Scoop Green Magnitude
1 Cup Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Salt
Ice
Stevia or other sweetener (optional, but I recommend it)
Small ziplock bag, large ziplock bag
Directions:
Put the Green Mag, sweetener, and Almond milk in the small bag
Get a large Freeze Bag fill it 1/3 with ice.
Pour 1/2 Cup Salt Inside the Large bag.
Put the SEALED small baggy in the large bag.
Seal large bag.
Shake for 5 mins (take some GlycerGrow right before this if you want to torture yourself).
Let it sit for for a few min in the ice.
Spoon out into Bowl
