i bought green MAG, white flood and purple wraath a few weeks ago. i've had MAG and flood before, and loved them both. i've been debating how to stack them together. as of now i do:
MAG and flood (together) - 30-60 min pre-workout
wraath - while i'm working out
i've been combining MAG and flood since when i drink everything separately, it's just too much liquid before i lift. does this seem like the way to go with this stack? thanks
