Does Green mag cause water retention like creatine monohydrate does? Isn't this the goal of taking creatine...to hold more water in the cells? Also, on off days i have read the best time to take creatine is in the morning when first waking up. Since i do not workout until around 10pm at night..is it ok to take Green mag on off days sometime in the late afternoon to balance the time in between that i am taking the Green mag?

Green Mag does not cause bloating like most other creatines. But you will still see that same muscle fullness. On off days you can take it anytime that's convenient for you. Try making popsicles out of it, it's really good.laurie@controlledlabs.com
