Alright. So, in addition to...

...I just ordered Golden Gains and Blue Growth!

I think this is what I'll be running with for the most part moving forward.

One question...

The directions for Blue Growth suggests that users take a dose 60 minutes before bed on an empty stomach.

...we can take a shake after an hour of taking Blue Growth, right?

I usually take a casein shake before bed.

Yes you can take a shake after taking Blue Growth. A hour should be ample enough of time.
