Alright. First thing tomorrow, I'm diving right into my orange foundation supps, preparing my PW, and waiting around 45-60 minutes after breakfast before taking my WF + GM pre w/o. I'm amped and ready to go.
Thanks to all of you that replied so quickly with the tips and words of encouragement. It's a community like this that ultimately helped me make the decision to run with Controlled Labs for my bodybuilding needs.
A little about me...
I'm currently 250 lbs. at 5'10" and my immediate goal is to lose fat slowly while maintaining muscle (and gain some muscle along the way) with the hope of possibly competing in a bodybuilding contest (for the first time) by late Spring/Early summer....
...the right supps-check, the right training program-check, the right nutrition...well, it's the holidays and I need to scale that down considerably and dial down the numbers to create this synergism I'm going for.
At any rate, I think I may add Blue Growth as well.
