I know I've been on a hiatus (I have over 30 UPC labels, gonna have to send them in). My friend gave me a bottle of Blue Growth (and Blue Gene ) after discontinuing use of all supplements when he broke out with acne (he's paranoid). Before bed I would take white blood with casein protein. Now with the Blue Growth, I just take it on empty stomach like it says on the label. Should I continue to shelve my White Blood/Casein or is there a way I can incorporate it in my nighttime regimen?

throughout the day: Orange Triad, OxiMega Greens, Flax Oil (the OxiMega fish oil gave me fish burps)
pre-workout: Blue Gene, White Flood, Green Bulge/Mag
Itra Workout: Purple Wrath/Intrain
post workout: Golden Gains
