  • Meal Time Dilemma

right, strict 2400 calories a day, thats 6 meals of 400 each at what should be 7, 10, 1, 4, 7 and 10. I get home from work at around 6:20 and take WF and GM and hit the gym around 7 until about 8:30. this means that after cooking my evening meal i don't eat till around 9. This isn't usually a problem but i'm just about to add PW and GGrow into the mix so the fact i'm not getting a meal in for around 5 hours doesn't bode well for GGrow's 'toiletry' issues.

My 7 o clock meal is chicken/potatoes/spinach so it's the most fiddly and time consuming meal of the day. so... just eat the whole meal at 7 and then hit the gym on a full stomach? or just eat 1/200 calories of something (bread?!) at 6:30/7 and then 200 worth of chicken/'tatoes/spinach at 9?!

    arrrrrggggghhhhh - any suggestions?!

First, I've never had toilet issues with GGrow.

But if you're worried about it, you could always adjusts your 4 and 7 to 3 and 6. or just 3:30 and 6

Any carbsource with GG pre workout is fine. Yogurt works well.
