    White flood ok for women?

    So i have read that(in the FAQ for green mag) it was OK for women to take it. I don't think i saw if it was ok for white flood to be taken though. Recommended?

    I let my girlfriend try a scoop of both and she liked it and wants to buy some. Just wondering if giving her it will kill her. (Doesn't matter to me jk. But i got controlled labs another customer!!)
