**** ATTENTION: TESTERS NEEDED to log / review CONTROLLED LABS - Black HOLE ****
Ok i just cant resist it. I always told myself that whoever came out with an appetite enhancer i was going to apply for it. So here goes
Age: 25
Sex: Male
Height: 5'11
Weight: 229
Bodytype: Ecto
Training experience: I started out at 112lbs a little over five years ago. I now weigh anywhere from 225-230 and love to workout. It's in my blood and will always be in my blood.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol: Currently doing a three day split
Monday: Chest/Back
Wednesday: Legs/Biceps
Friday: Shoulders/Triceps
Cardio Schedule/Protocol: I dont do any cardio at this time.
Current supplements: Whey, Multi, and Xtend.
Current Diet and macros: Since i'm a little more active during the summer time i dont keep up with my cals as much as i do when in the winter time. I do eat a lot of carbs from pasta, oats, and wheat breads/bagels. My protein mainly comes from red meat, milk, cheese, and whey protein shakes. As for fats i throw some olive oil in my protein shakes and snack on peanut butter.
Current Daily water intake: 1-2 gallons
Short Term Goal: Maintain and possibly even add a little more muscle mass.
Long Term Goal: Eventually cut down to around 210 and maintain that weight.
ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: None
Supplement history (as much detail as possible): Ive done three ph cycles back in the day. Ive tried plenty of creatines, cell volumizers, NO products, the usual works.

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !): I Have been lifting since high school, but didn't become real serious until about two years ago when I really learned about proper nutrition and training routines. Since then I have gained about 20-25 lbs of mostly lbm, however, I am still trying to get to the 200 lb mark, which is why I feel this is the perfect product for me. I am bulking, but really lack a large appetite, especially in the morning time, and I feel that this is the main reason why I am not gaining much weight anymore. My breakfast is pathetic for a bulking diet.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): 5 day split
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Chest/Abs
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Off
Friday: Shoulders/Traps
Saturday: Arms/Abs
Sunday: Off
I pretty much stick to this schedule unless something comes up in which I may switch an off day around.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): No cardio right now.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): I eat anywhere from 6-8 meals a day, consisting mainly of whey shakes, whole eggs, egg whites, cheese, skim milk, whole wheat bread, tuna, oats, bananas, natural peanut butter, vegetables, chicken, lean steak/beef, whole wheat pasta, sweet potatoes, etc.
I am getting in around 3000 calories, but obviously need to be getting more, as the weight has stopped increasing, and I really feel this product will enable me to do that.
Current Daily water intake: 1-1.5 gallons per day.
Short Term Goal: Continue to gain weight, reach 200 lbs with little fat gain.
Long Term Goal: Get slightly above 200 lbs, then cut some bf, while maintaining muscle.

Well it's summer so I think the majority are cutting. I counted 7 or 8 the other day and I thought we got a few more after that... could be wrong
