Hi, I am quite curious about GlycerGROW and i hear rave reviews about it. Its so affordable but can someone please explain exactly what it does? If taken, will you see long term gains in size AND strength? Post your experiences! Thanks

In my opinion, it is one of the best supplements available, price per serving. You will be hard pressed to find another supplement that does so much for so little.

I've noticed more vascularity since I started GG. Not really much else but I take one scoop with pre with GM/SF, one scoop intra with PI and one scoop post in my shake and all that stuff is a pretty potent stack in itself without the GG. Once in a while I'll do a scoop in my mouth and chase it with water but that sux so I try to put it in something
