If I USED to have a hyperthyroid, however I am currently 100% stable without the need for medication, would it be unwise to take the greens product as it contains spirulina and kelp? Or would the cardio complex (ie; cruciferous veggies) counteract it ... any idea of approximately how much Iodine is contained per serving?
