Day 1 - Chest and cardio
Day 2 - Back and cardio
Day 3 - Legs abs
Day 4 - Shoulders cardio
Day 5 - Arms, abs and cardio

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Cardio depends on work day vs non-work day. Work day cardio is usually HIIT on the elliptical or rotating stair case of death. Non-work day cardio is usually long sessions on the treadmill. Sometimes combined with the stairmaster and elliptical runner.
