What ingredients are in it that require someone to be 18+ before taking it.. Also is there any long term side effects possible from taking it at a young age like 18.

I took it at 21 and experienced zero side effects. Someone will have to chime in on being under age. But as far as acne and any other possible concerns there are zero other than great recovery, and huge gains! -

Im 22 and I love it. But like PU said train hard.
