Hello everyone, i know that you should cycle WF by the tub giving 7-14 days off from the product once a tub is done, however what if i only take the products 3 days a week. I only take it monday, wednesday, and thursday. During the weekend i dont take it because i go to the gym in the morning time and i dont want to take it since i take reduction am. should i still cycle WF? Thanks for your time.
