Used it for the first time today (1 scoop), will let you know what I think after a week or two and I've upped the dosage.

Not sure whether this was down to the GG or some other reason like increased intensity but one thing I noticed was the increase in the amount of sweat I produced. I was doing 1 arm DB rows at one point and the bench was soaked! The sweat was pouring off me!
