I've been lifting weight off and on since I was about 15-16ish, But I've just gotten serious about weight lifting the last year or so.

PW hands down. while EVERY CL product has done what its supposed to do (ive tried them ALL), my heart goes out to EAA/BCAAs and the beta alanine.

Its a close call between PW and Glycergrow for me.

I actually went through 3 tubs of the stuff before I discovered that it wasnt that good.

3?? Wtf, I could tell it was crap by the 3rd day I took it. You only feel "something" on day one. After that it's just a caffeine rush and I can spend $5.99 on a bottle of 200mg caffeine pills instead of $50+ on barely a months supply of BSN Crap. They must be paying RC a crap load of money to say he takes it.

And between the two my favorite is this ONE

Hopefully i'll have enough to buy Orange Triad later this week. And waiting for my White Flood sample. B)
