i drink half on the drive to the gym and the rest well doing cardio

I'm going back and forth between PW and Xtend... they are similar in some ways and different in others. Has anyone had the chance to compare them?
I have always been a fan of CL and their supplements always seem to benefit me outside of lifting as well.
