i've been hearing alot of good comments on white flood for it's help in great energy and pumps but i want to know if it gives you any size?
and if so is it better than green magnitude
I don't really think any energy product will give you size, but it may give you the push you need to increase your lifts, which will make you bigger.
As far as comparing WF and GM, they are completely different products. WF is for energy and GM is a creatine formula. They are great when used together, but if you are set on picking just one, I would say that you should clearly define your exact goals and then read both product FAQ's on this site. Those should pretty much lead you to the choice that most closely fits with what you're looking for.

1)is the recovery noticable cause ive gotten a few recovery supplements and they have all sucked
2)is the gains noticable as well i hear people say they build some muscle on PW

absolutely noticeable. gains in size are mostly diet/training. pw will indirectly help with gains due to enhanced recovery and endurance.

food and training? I am pretty sure there is no legal supplement that will give you direct gains. All supplements just help indirectly, if you are doing it right. Supplements generally focus on recovery/endurance help so that way you can push that extra rep, you can retrain sooner etc.
Gains come from working out and proper nutrition, not necessarily supplements.
