currently taking PW WF GM Reduc and just bought a bottle of BG.
How should i set up BG with WF and GM? i usually do 2 scoops WF and 1/2 scoop GM pre work 30min and 1/2 scoop GM after work.
As for PW i usually do 2 scoops and save that for cardio as i do that in the morning and weights in the afternoon/evening. Ive tried PW for workout but find its to much for me with all the other stuff.
any help would be appreciated .........
