So I started taking GB this week (ol' skool formula) and I absolutely love this stuff! This is the second creatine product I've used and the first one seemed worthless to me. I never felt the effects from it that I suspected and it wreaked havoc on my stomach. I've been using GB with WF and PW this week and my workouts have been awesome. I was doing chest today and I could've stayed all evening but I felt bad taking up one of the benches for too too long.
