Alright i'm sure everyone who has helped is getting frustrated lol
But I am now considering adding REDuction to this stuck (I am trying to keep it strictly CL).
If I incorporated REDuction would this hinder my gains or would it simply help in keeping the fat off but allow me to continue gaining mass and strength?
Basically would adding it beneficial or would I see better overall results without it? (Cutting isn't a problem for me)
