nice, how much water did you mix it with? I think about 8-10 ounces is best.

Didn't take a serving yet just tasted it a little cause it smelled so damn good.

I'm going to da gym in about an hour and I'm going to try taking NO-Xplode and GM (half a scoop) seperate shakes mixing it with 10 oz of ice cold water then half a scoop GM post.

Just for my first day to see how my gut reacts to it then I will do 1 scoop GM post only.

I was taking a scoop of Cellmass in the morning first thing then 9 hours later post workout should I do this with the GM say half scoop morning half scoop post or should I stick to just 1 scoop post?

Holy Crap!!!

this stuff is amazing ... have some friends coming over for a cookout in a little bit, but had to try it ... put just a little bit (maybe half a tsp) in a glass of cold water and it pretty much completely dissolved .... great taste too ... I know that a full glass with full scoop is going to be amazing!!!

cookout today, busch gardens tomorrow ... hopin' to get in a workout on Saturday before I go to a wedding ... can't wait!!!!
