im noit paying rent.. our landlord gave us this months rent + security deposit + last months rent back.. I figure we've saved almost 400$ so far in rent for March.. if we can pull a full month with no rent we'll save a 1100$!


update: just got a letter from the broker/owner -- need to call her about moving assistance and our options. I am going to push hard for us to get the rest of march to pack/move out and full reimbursement for all costs -- even application fees for the new apartment.. just to see how much I can get out of them

naw, just a letter from whoever boguht it. called her up and im thinking it looks good for us to stay here for the rest of the month and she said we'd prolly get 500$ for moving expenses and she is going to see if we can get a grand!

thats pretty awesome..

best case scenario right now:

live free of rent for the rest of March -- a savings of 1100$

and get 1000$ to cover moving expenses, which shouldnt cost alot for a truck + new lease fees - i estimate a take home value of about 750$


i could of used all that in a box of green bulge... o welll
