So i searched and couldnt find if im correct.
wb 45min-1 hour pre workout
glycer grow 45 min pre workout
I finish college at 9pm, and arrive like at 9:10 to the gym and start at 9:20.
Glycer Grow must be used with some type of creatine, but my G is over and got left size on and Storm.
So are times correct and which creatine should be good or any is good?
Gotta stock up with CL this summer.
