What have your experiences been so far with GABA? What brand did you get and at what dosage? I've been considering purchasing some but read mixed reviews...

I used Dymatize GABA. 3-5g dosage. Apparently a 5g dosage is what was used for testing or whatever. I dont think brand matters. I went for Higher Power GABA this time. Better value.

I get a tingling affect about 20 mintues after taking it... i actually like it. I sleep great and seem to wake up sooner than later when using it. I can be wide awake after 6 hours of sleep while without GABA i usually sleep for 8 hours.
