Just received my first batch of GM and WF. I did creatine once last year for a few weeks but didn't really notice anything and never NO. I'm looking forward to starting tomorrow but had a question...
I'm using the NROL workout plans and i'm in week 5 of my 6 week hypertrophy I set. Once I complete this set i'm taking 2 weeks off (maybe 2 lighter workouts/cardio during this time period) before starting up again on hypertrophy II in January.
Is it worth starting the GM/WF for the next 2 weeks or should I hold off til January? I'm really anxious to get started, but don't want to waste it...
