CRAZY. WOW. While on the way to the gym I suddenly felt a crazy feeling in my face. Like a million ants were poking from the inside. Sort of pins and needles but on the face. It's crazy. Hope this is what the tingling sensation you guys were talking about! Haha, focus and strength was good. Really motivated. Going to increase to 2 scoops next week and see how things go.

yeah, that was an error, the packet printing company switched the plate for supp facts by accident. future packets will show akg. (they are identical to the bottles of tabs and powder that are both akg)
