Hi i'm new to use controlled labs product i have green mag and WF now i'm wondering do i neeed to do cycle on those 2 ? and will long term taking WF and GM make my kidney or liver go bad ? like any harm to my body ?

No need to cycle the GM but you should cycle the WF and make sure to drink a lot of water.laurie@controlledlabs.com
